What to Avoid When Using PP Rope in High-Temperature Areas?

If yes, there’s a high chance that the rope you were using was made from polypropylene (PP). While PP rope is widely known for being lightweight, cost-effective, and resistant to chemicals and moisture, it doesn’t always perform well under high-temperature conditions. In this article, we’ll explore what to avoid when using PP rope in hot environments and how to ensure its safe and effective use. Its biggest advantages are that it's water-resistant, floats on water, and resists rot and mildew. However, its heat resistance is limited.
